We want every Fluffi customer to be fully satisfied with their companion.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or a refund subject to the conditions below.

🕐 Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return or exchange a product.

After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns.

🔁 Exchange

If your item is not suitable, you can request an exchange for another Fluffi companion of equivalent value.

  • If the desired product is more expensive, you will be responsible for the difference.
  • If the desired product is cheaper, the difference will be refunded to you.

Exchanges are possible subject to available stock .

At Fluffi , we want every customer to find their perfect companion 💕

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or a credit note valid on our website , subject to the conditions below.

🕐 Return period

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange.

After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept returns.

🔁 Exchange

If your product is not suitable for you, you can request an exchange for another Fluffi companion (subject to availability).

  • If the chosen product is more expensive, the difference will be payable at the time of ordering.
  • If the chosen product is cheaper, the difference will remain as a credit on your Fluffi account.

💳 Store credit

At Fluffi, refunds are not credited back to your bank account .

Instead, the amount of your order is refunded to you in the form of a credit note valid on our website , usable for any future purchase.

  • The credit note is generated once the return has been received and validated .
  • It is valid for 12 months from its date of issue.
  • You can use it once or several times on all Fluffi products.

📦 Return conditions

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be new, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging .
  • Any labels and accessories must be present.
  • Personalized or used products cannot be returned.

🚚 Return Procedure

    if you would like an exchange or a credit note .


  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

⚠️ Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned (e.g., personalized or opened sealed items).

We will clearly inform you if a product is not eligible for return.
